Job Description:
Support-Management in implementing attendance and leaves management practices as per HR policies.
Handling and archiving of Third-party Attendance records.
Maintaining the Training records of sub Deportment in soft and Hard Form.
Handling of the daily Meal requirement of Sub Department.
Management of manpower details and employee information, adding new employees in safety and other groups.
Keep the exact number of manpower updated as per requirement,
Support management in new hirings and status clearance of resigned employees and keeping their records.
Support management in conducting of all types of exams and competitions and maintaining the records accordingly.
Keep track of issuance of RFID Card and insurance cards to employees of sub deportment.
Data collection from employees as per requirements via google forms and keeping their record.
Updating duty roster on HRIS
Implement departmental administrative work.
Implement department and JV’s regulations & policies.
Improve coordination between sub-departments.
Archive management according to related regulations.
Experience, Qualification, & Skills:
Bachelor degree with good English communication skills
Good Ms Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good Chinese Language,
Basic Graphic designing & video editing skills will also be preferred.
